Busan 호떡

busan hoddeok

On the International Film Festival street in Nampodong Busan there are street carts that make 호떡 and cut them open and dump and seed and sugar mixture in them. It’s the best I’ve had. They have many carts selling it, but only of them is good. I always go back there.

Korean Fried Chicken

korean fried chicken Fried chicken might not be a traditional food in Korea, but I love the way Koreans fry it. There is one place that does a great hot garlic chicken and another that does perfect whole fried chickens.
